From an early age, I've been driven by a deep desire to connect with people and support them through their unique journeys. That passion has shaped a career spanning education, international service, mentorship, and coaching — each chapter building on the last. I began in education, spending over 10 years teaching at every level from elementary school through university. Teaching taught me to truly listen, adapt to individual needs, and believe in the transformative power of learning. That belief carried me to the U.S. Peace Corps, where I served in Uganda from 2010 to 2012. Living and working abroad deepened my cultural awareness, expanded my perspective, and reinforced what I already knew: real growth happens when we're willing to step into the unknown. Back home, I brought that spirit to the nonprofit sector, where I worked in a mentorship program overseeing more than 80 mentor-mentee matches each year. That work sharpened my instincts for one-on-one connection and showed me that the most meaningful change happens in relationship. Today, all of those experiences flow into my coaching practice. For over five years, I've accumulated more than 1,200 hours of coaching experience, helping people navigate transitions, discover their strengths, and build lives that feel intentional and fulfilling. I'm a FLOW Certified Coach from the Flow Institute and a Positive Psychology Coach through the Wholebeing Institute. My own road has had plenty of turns — and that's exactly what gives me the perspective to walk alongside you on yours. At All Roads, I'm here to help you find your path with curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to your growth.
